Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible within our business hours, (Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm AEST) and we’d be happy to process your request. However, please note if the team has already processed your order to ship we cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order and are unable to offer a refund.
If you have a subscription please cancel your order prior to your auto-renewal, these orders are processed quickly and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed - cancelling a subscription will not impact existing orders that have already been placed.
