Below is everything you need to know.
How does the Rewards program work?
You earn Points when you shop with Vitable and when you track your daily vitamins.
Points unlock VIP tiers and can be redeemed for discount rewards.
To ensure that you get maximum benefits from the program, make sure to download the App HERE so you can track your vitamins.
How do I access my Rewards?
Web: simply login into your Account and navigate to “Rewards” on your Account page.
App: once logged in, navigate to your Daily Vitamin Tracker and click “Rewards” on the top right of the screen
How do Loyalty tiers work?
There are three Loyalty tiers:
Seed 🌱 – Fresh start
1 point per $1 spent
Unlock from first order
Mint 💚 – Consistent and balanced
2 points per $1 spent
Unlock with 900 points
Sage 🌿 – Our most loyal members
3 points per $1 spent
Unlock with 2,100 points
Once you reach a tier, you keep it! It does not expire.
How do I earn points?
You have multiple ways to earn points:
Placing an order
Earn points for every $1 spent on Vitable orders. The higher the Tier, the more points you earn. Daily vitamin tracking
Earn 5 points each day you log that you’ve taken your vitamins in the App (make sure to download the App HERE)
Consistent tracking unlocks bonus milestone points (for example at 7, 14, 30 days and beyond). The longer your streak, the more you earn. If your streak breaks, you keep the points you’ve earned and can start again toward new milestones.

Note: if your order is cancelled/refunded, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your balance.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
As long as you keep earning or redeeming points, your balance stays active.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points for discount codes:
1,000 points = $10 discount
2,000 points = $25 discount
You can redeem as soon as you reach 1,000 points, or save your points to redeem a larger reward later.
How do I use my Rewards discount?
When you redeem your points, we’ll issue a unique discount code.
You can use this code:
In your Account under Manage subscriptions, or
At checkout on a new one-off order or new subscription, as long as you are using the same email address linked to your Vitable account.
Do redeemed discount codes expire?
No. Once redeemed, discount codes do not expire.
However as mentioned your points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Any additional discount codes can be used on future orders.
Can I use rewards on subscriptions?
Rewards can be used on one-off purchases and subscription / recurring orders.
How milestone do bonuses work?
As your streak grows, you unlock milestone points at set intervals (for example 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days).
Milestones stack, meaning you keep all previously earned milestone points as you reach the next one.
If you miss a day, you keep all the points you’ve already earned, but your streak resets to zero.
You can start a new streak at any time and work toward the milestones again.
The longest milestone is 90 days. Once achieved, you can continue to unlock milestone points every 30 days for ongoing consistency.
