The festive season is here, and delivery networks are busier than usual. We’re working hard to get your order made and on its way as quickly as possible.
Order-by dates for delivery before 25 December*
Personalised pack orders are made to order and take up to 3 business days for manufacturing. All orders ship from Brisbane.
* Excludes one-off orders. One-off orders placed before the 24th of December will still receive next-day delivery. One-off orders placed on the 24th of December, please expect delivery after the 31st of December.

✨ A little heads-up: If your order is placed after these dates, it may arrive after 25 December due to increased activity across courier networks during the festive period. Your order will still be on its way, just with a little extra travel time.
International orders
International deliveries may take an additional 5–7 days during the holiday period due to courier congestion and customs processing. We recommend allowing extra time and keeping an eye on your tracking once dispatched.

Personalised Packs
Processing & Manufacturing: Once payment is made, your pack is made-to-order. This typically takes up to 3 business days.
During sales or public holidays, this may extend up to 5 business days.
Delivery Times (after dispatch):

Metro: 3–5 business days
Regional: 4–7 business days
WA: 4–10 business days
International:
New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines: 10–12 business days
United Kingdom: 10–14 business days
Orders that do not include Personalised Packs
Processing: We aim to ship these orders by the next business day
