Once your order is paid, your personalised pack is then made to order, just for you! This process typically takes up to 3 business days. Please be aware that during sales, manufacturing timeframes may be affected by delays of a few days and can take up to 5 business days.

After your order has been manufactured and is ready to be picked up, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details. Be sure to check your emails' junk/spam/promotions folders as they can sometimes end up here.

Please note: It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping email for your tracking details to be activated by the courier.
