You can choose from monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly delivery options and will be charged based on your selected plan: every 30 days for monthly, every 60 days for bi-monthly, or every 90 days for quarterly subscriptions. You can modify your subscription at any time, including changing your delivery frequency, adjusting the vitamin selection, or updating your payment information. Additionally, you can pause your subscription through your account settings whenever needed.
