Don't worry! If you notify us straightaway that you've entered the wrong address, we can update your shipping label if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Please note that once you place your order, it is sent off to our facility shortly after to be produced, so the sooner you notify us the more likely we can update your address.

If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrectly entered address, we cannot issue a replacement pack or reship it free of charge. Orders that are returned to our facility, can be arranged to be re-sent, just get in touch with our Customer Care team.
