  • You'll receive your tracking link once we've dispatched your order and the courier has sorted and scanned your item into their system.

  • Tracking updates depend on regular scans by the courier. Sometimes, these updates can be delayed by up to 24-48 hours.

  • The estimated delivery date in your Vitable account is approximate. For the most up-to-date information, please keep an eye on your delivery tracking link.
