As part of our packing process, each order includes a few sachets that may look different from your daily sachets. These are known as labelling sachets and are printed automatically for labelling purposes only. They contain a special QR code that helps us differentiate and correctly label each order. This ensures that your order is accurately processed and delivered to you.

It's important to note that these labelling sachets are not part of your 30-day supply, they are simply used for labelling purposes and do not contain any vitamins or supplements. As such, they can be discarded when you open your pack. We understand that this may be a bit confusing for some of our customers, and we actively looking for a new way to manage our labelling process to avoid confusion.
