Our vitamins are packed fresh for you, from the time we manufacture your order. However, as they are packed into individual, compostable sachets, the shelf life differs from traditional vitamins. Vitamins that are packed in plastic tubs, that you find at the chemist, have a thicker casing to protect them although these single-use plastics are not ideal for our environment.

We recommend consuming your personalised vitamins within four months from the manufacturing date. You will find the expiry date printed on the front of each sachet and it's best to discard vitamins beyond expiration. It's also important to store your vitamins in a cool and dry location away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to heat or moisture can degrade your vitamins and supplements.

We always recommend consuming any of our powder-based products before their expiry date, which can be found printed on the back of each pack.
