How can I track my progress?

You can track your progress by navigating to 'Daily vitamin tracker' in the menu, then viewing the Progress tab. By selecting 'Update', you will be guided through a mini quiz asking questions about your energy and sleep. Track your progress for at least 2 days over the course of 2 weeks to be provided with a weekly report containing health tips. By tracking your progress and completing the quiz, you can earn points too!
