If you’re having problems with the Vitable App, here are some things you can try:

  1. Check that you have the latest app version installed on your device.
    Open your app store, search for Vitable, and select 'Update' if there is a new update available. We frequently update the app to fix bugs and improve usability, so updating to the latest version could solve the problem you're experiencing.

  2. Try reinstalling the app.

    Sometimes the app needs to be hard refreshed by uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version. You can do this by deleting the app from your device, and reinstalling it. You may also need to log back into your account - please note - this won’t affect your streaks or tracking!

  3. Check your connection.
    It may be a simple one - however, ensure you have a strong mobile or Wi-Fi connection.
