Customers have the option to receive a notification email 48 hours prior to your next order being processed. This feature can be easily enabled through your account settings in the Vitable App, simply follow these instructions:
Open the Vitable App
Click on More from the bottom navigation bar
Select Account details.
Scroll down to Notification preference and tick the box to enable reminders
If you encounter any difficulties enabling this, our Customer Care team can assist you.
Please keep in mind that occasionally these emails may end up in your spam folder or may not be delivered if you have previously unsubscribed from our notifications.
