How do I log in to my account?

If it's your first time logging in, please head to the sign-in page here and select Activate Account.

How to activate your account:

  1. Check your inbox for an email titled "Customer account activation" (don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder).

  2. Click the activation link in that email.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Vitable account.

  4. Create a new password.

  5. Sign in and explore your updated account dashboard.

Didn’t receive the activation email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • If you still can’t find it, contact our support team at hello@vitable.com.au and we’ll resend the link.
