I’m Unable to Access My Account / Not Receiving My Magic Link

Trouble logging in? Here’s what to do if your Vitl Magic Login Link isn’t arriving, has expired, or isn’t working.

How the Magic Link Works:

  • After entering your email on the Vitl login page, you’ll receive a Magic Link to access your account.

  • The link expires after 15 minutes- but don’t worry! If it times out, you can request a new one.

How to Request a New Link:

  1. Go to vitl.com

  2. Click Account (top right)

  3. Enter the same email you used during your consultation

  4. We’ll send you a fresh Magic Link to log in

Still Can’t Access Your Account?

If you’ve tried the steps above but it’s still not working, please email hello@vitl.com with the following:

  • Your Vitl account email

  • A screenshot of any error messages

  • The device you’re using (e.g., phone, laptop)

  • Let us know if you’ve tried logging in using incognito mode

Once we have that info, we’ll investigate and help you get back into your account!
