How the Magic Link Works:
After entering your email on the Vitl login page, you’ll receive a Magic Link to access your account.
The link expires after 15 minutes- but don’t worry! If it times out, you can request a new one.
How to Request a New Link:
Go to vitl.com
Click Account (top right)
Enter the same email you used during your consultation
We’ll send you a fresh Magic Link to log in
Still Can’t Access Your Account?
If you’ve tried the steps above but it’s still not working, please email hello@vitl.com with the following:
Your Vitl account email
A screenshot of any error messages
The device you’re using (e.g., phone, laptop)
Let us know if you’ve tried logging in using incognito mode
Once we have that info, we’ll investigate and help you get back into your account!
