Returning an Opened Box
If the box has been opened but the items inside, other than the product retrieved, remain unused and intact, you are still eligible for a refund. Please follow the same steps outlined above. Make sure to include all intact items, along with your full name and reason for return.
What Happens Next?
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund right away. Please ensure to provide proof of return postage to expedite processing, as refunds will only be issued once receipt and verification are completed. If you request reimbursement for return postage, provide a copy of the return postage receipt to ensure a seamless process.
