1. Log in to your account using the correct email address.
Click on Manage subscriptions as shown below.
2. Select the subscription you’d like to pause
Click on the subscription you’d like to pause, then scroll to the bottom to select Pause subscription as shown below.
3. Choose how long you'd like to pause
Select the length of time you'd like to pause your subscription for.
Once you've selected a date and hit Confirm, your subscription will now be paused. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the pause will also be shown in your account.
Want to resume your subscription?
If you decide to restart your subscription earlier than planned, simply click Resume Subscription. This will immediately create a new invoice and place a new order.
