Although we would recommend that you finish your trial before deciding whether to continue with your subscription, we do understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel before the end of your trial period. Please note that once your trial ends, you will automatically be signed up to an ongoing monthly subscription, which will create a new order. Whilst you will still be able to cancel your subscription after this, we will not be able to refund you for any orders already charged and dispatched.
To cancel your subscription, first log in to your account.
Once logged in, select “Manage Subscription.” From there, you’ll see your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you’d like to cancel and click “View Details.”
Scroll down to the bottom, and you should be able to see the "Cancel subscription" button.
Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that any orders that have already been invoiced and dispatched will still be sent and cannot be cancelled at this point.
