How do I cancel my trial subscription?

Although we would recommend that you finish your trial before deciding whether to continue with your subscription, we do understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel before the end of your trial period. Please note that once your trial ends, you will automatically be signed up to an ongoing monthly subscription which will create a new order. Whilst you will still be able to cancel your subscription after this, we will not be able to refund you for any orders already charged and dispatched.

To cancel your subscription, first log into your account. If you are unable to log in to your account, this may mean that you have not yet confirmed your account. To do this, simply request a 'forgot password' email link at the log in page to access your account:

Once logged in, head over to the My Account section. Hover over your name at the top right and select 'Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.

Click on 'Manage' then select 'Cancel subscription':

Please note, if your order says 'Processing' then this means that your order is still being processed. In this case, you would need to wait until it has been processed before seeing the 'Cancel subscription' button. You may need to wait for up to 24 hours.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, any orders that have already been invoiced and dispatched will still be sent and cannot be cancelled at this point.
