I'm unable to access my account/ Not receiving a Magic Link

What to do if your 'Magic Login Link' email link has expired or if you have not received it.

Once you sign-up with the email address linked to your account, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your Vitl account and allow you access to your account. This link expires in 15 minutes but if you don't get round to clicking it in time, don't worry! Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Vitl homepage and click 'Account' in the top-right of the screen. This will take you to the login page:

On the login page, enter the email address that you entered during your consultation.

We will send you a Magic Link to access to your account.

Please note that your password reset email link will expire within 15 minutes.

If you have tried the above but are still unable to log in, please send the following details to our team at hello@vitl.com:

-the email address of your Vitl account;

-a screenshot of any error message you are seeing;

-the type of device you are using;

-whether you have been able to log in via 'incognito' mode (dependent on browser).

Once we have those details, we will be able to look into this for you.
