Most of our packaging is recyclable and we do really think about this aspect when developing new products for our customers. That said, there are a few components that can't be recycled. We've highlighted these below:

Essential One / Health Goals: you can recycle the glass bottle, the cardboard box and the insert but you'll need to check locally to see if the plastic lid can be recycled.

Personalised Pack: we pack our vitamins into medical-grade blister packs to ensure they are protected during their life-cycle and in transit, and to provide you with tamper evidence. At the moment, the technology does not exist to commercially manufacture recyclable plastic blister packs which means that you are currently unable to recycle these kerbside. However, we have launched an initiative through TerraCycle® where you are now able to return to our warehouse used plastic blister packs for recycling. For more information, please see this Help Article: How to recycle your Personalised Pack blister strips.

Please keep your yellow sliding box, as future orders will come in an eco-friendly refill (recyclable) cardboard box and you can then transfer your blisters to the yellow box. That said, if you want to recycle the sliding box, head to vitl.com/recycle to find out more.

DNA & Blood Test Kits: like our Personalised Pack boxes, you can head to vitl.com/recycle to find out more on how to recycle these.

Postage boxes: these are fully recyclable and we try and source them from recycled material too!

This is constantly evolving and if you have any suggestions on how we can improve, please don't hesitate to send us a message: hello@vitl.com
