You can pause your subscription at any time. In order to do this, head over to the My Account section on Vitl.com .Hover over your name at the top right and select 'Subscription' from the dropdown menu:

Click on the subscription you would like to pause then click 'Pause subscription':

Choose how long you would like to pause your subscription for: 

Your subscription will now be paused and you will get a confirmation email for this. It will also show up in your account:

If you decide that you would like to restart your subscription earlier than anticipated, just hit 'Restart now'. This will immediately create a new invoice and a new order will be placed.
