How do I know if my Personalised Pack has been updated?

All about updates to your personalised pack recommendations and how to apply them

We recommend retaking your consultation every three months. This is so that any changes to your lifestyle or diet are reflected in your personalised vitamin recommendations. Please note that retaking your consultation does not always cause your recommendations to change as is dependant on the answers to the various questions.

After you retake your consultation, click 'View results'. You will be taken to your recommendations, as below:

Click 'Next'. The following screen will take you to your recommendations (which may not have changed, depending on your results), however, if you have been recommended a new pack and you'd like to update your subscription to this, click 'Update Pack':

After clicking 'Update Pack', you see a pop-up, message as below:

If you are happy with the new recommendations, simply select 'Update' whereby you will be taken to a pack update confirmation page:

Any pending deliveries not yet charged will reflect the pack update. For more information, please get in touch with us at hello@vitl.com
