We offer two test kits; a Vitamin & Cholesterol Blood Test and a DNA Nutrition Test. Which one is most suitable for you depends on what you would like to find out and on your goals.

Vitamin & Cholesterol Blood Test

Our Vitamin & Cholesterol Blood Test looks at 5 essential vitamins and minerals which give an accurate picture of your nutritional health status. The test also includes a full lipid panel so that you can monitor your cholesterol levels.

DNA Nutrition Test

Our DNA Nutrition Test provides a wider range of information. Whilst it also tests for vitamin and mineral metabolism, it also tests for your body's predisposition to other factors such as caffeine sensitivity, the likeliness of experiencing skin problems, and the likelihood of storing fat, for example. With this test, you will receive more than forty reports.

With both of these tests, you will receive in the post a box with a swab. Simply use the swab to take a sample of your saliva and then post back to our lab for processing. Once received by the lab, you'll get your results within three weeks.

Lastly, there is no need to order both types of tests; just decide which is most useful to you and go from there! Any questions, send us an email at hello@vitl.com.
