Referral subscription credit, which is applied to your account when a friend signs up with a referral link that you have sent them, can be redeemed against any subscription product. So this includes subscriptions to our Personalised Packs, Essential One, Women's Health packs, Health Goals subscriptions and Vitamin Blood Test Kit subscriptions.

The credit cannot be applied to any standalone products such as one-off Health Goal products, DNA tests and pocket packs.

To check as to whether any of your referrals have signed up to Vitl via the link you have sent them, just go to Referral Rewards within your Vitl Account. Here you will be able to see how many people you have referred, and how many people have signed up with the referral link. You can refer people through email, Facebook, Messenger and a link.

Take a look at my example below:

But my friend has signed up to Vitl- why have I not received my £5 subscription credit?

This can often happen if your friend has not signed up with the same email address as the one that the referral link was sent to (the email address in the 'Refer by email', as below).

Therefore, if you are referring someone to Vitl, always ensure that they use the same email address to sign up to Vitl, otherwise you will not receive the subscription credit. If this happens, just send us an email (hello@vitl.com) and our Customer Delight Team can manually apply the subscription credit.
