How to contact us via email, messenger and telephone

Our Customer Delight Team is available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5.30pm (except public holidays). When contacting us, please include your order number if available and the email address or delivery postcode associated with your Vitl account if you have one. This will help us to answer your query more quickly.

Email

This is the easiest way to contact us as your message will go straight to our Customer Delight Team who will then be able to direct your query to the right person. Email us at hello@vitl.com and we will aim to get back to you within the same working day.

Live chat

If live chat is available, you will be able to see the messenger widget on the bottom right of the Vitl website:

Our team will typically respond within a few hours. If you need to leave the messenger screen, don't worry. Just leave your email address and you'll receive a reply via email.

Telephone

Although our preferred method of communication is via online channels, if you would prefer to speak to someone over the phone, please call 020 3488 0747 during office hours. We deal with many online queries per day, so if we are unable to take your call, please leave a voicemail and we will aim to get back to you within one working day.
