Your goals represent the areas that you are aiming to improve by taking your supplements. You would have specified what these goals were during your online consultation. For example, when asked what areas you would like to improve, you may have picked sleep, energy and stress and anxiety. In this case, these would be your goals. Below you can see an example of goals from the consultation:

Consultation goals

Once you have completed your consultation, you will be shown the three goals that the consultation has pinpointed as the most important, depending on your answers to the questions.

You can easily change your goals by clicking on 'change your goals' and deciding from there which goal you would instead like to focus on. It's worth noting that changing your goals may not necessarily change your recommendation, as single nutrients can have multiple health benefits.

If you would like to find out how your recommended vitamins help to achieve your goals, simply click the tab 'find out more' which you will find below each goal icon. Once clicked, you will be taken to a page which gives you insight into dietary and lifestyle improvements that can be made to reach this particular goal. In this example, I have selected my sleep goal.

By scrolling down the page, you will see a section called 'Supplementing your diet'. It is here that you will find out how your recommended supplement will help you attain your goal, as in the example below.

To learn more about the specific ingredients included in your supplements, click on the 'learn more' tabs.

As touched on before, it's important to note that a single nutrient can help you to reach more than one goal.
