How to claim your free trial

Thank you for your interest in trialling our subscription service! From time to time we offer free trials for new customers via social media sites, such as Instagram and Facebook.

We offer 2 free trials; one 2-week trial for our 4-pill Personalised Pack (back in stock soon) and one 30-day trial for our 1-a-day Essential One. All you need to do is pay for postage!

To claim your free trial, click onto the advert for the trial. There you should find a link.
When you click into the link within the advert for the trial, you will then be asked to complete a consultation, at which point you should see this a consultation page. If you have previously taken a consultation with us, select 'Start a new consultation', otherwise the trial offer will not be valid.

Once completed, select 'View recommendations', at which point you will be shown your recommendations, as seen in the example below:

Next click 'Claim free trial', add it to your basket, and the discount will be automatically applied. You will then just need to pay the postage fee!
