Once you have taken your DNA sample and pop it in the post, we'll contact you when your DNA sample has been received. It can take up to 2-3 weeks for the sample to arrive at the lab, and once received, the lab usually processes the results within 2 weeks.

Your results will then be available in your Vitl account on the website within 4-5 weeks. Please remember to register your kit or your sample cannot be processed, we recommend keeping the VTL barcode provided until your results are ready to view.
