Here are the steps to follow when you have forgotten your password. Make sure you have access to the email address you used for your registration:
1- Go to the website and click on the picto at top right.
2- Click on "Personal Account".
3- Enter your email and Validate.
3- Click on "Reset your password" and Validate.
4- A verification code has been sent to the email address you used for your registration. Copy it and paste it in the field provided for this purpose. Enter a new password and Submit.
