You can add money to your Viva.com Account using one of the following methods:
Funding method | Best for |
Card Top-Up | Instant liquidity or smaller amounts |
Bank Transfer from another IBAN | Frequent or larger deposits |
Note:
Cash deposits via ATM are not supported.
Incoming bank transfers to Viva.com Accounts in Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, and Norway are not available as of 01/05/2024.
Deposit funds through card
To add money with a card, follow the instructions available here.
Deposit funds through bank transfer
Follow these steps:
Log in to your Viva.com Account using a web browser.
On the Account homepage, select Deposit money.
Select Bank Transfer.
Choose the account you want to deposit funds into.
View the account details displayed on screen.
Information to provide to the sender
To receive a bank transfer, provide the sender with:
Beneficiary Name (as shown in your account details)
IBAN
BIC/SWIFT code
If a BIC/SWIFT code is required, use the code that corresponds to your account.
