How do I request a transaction dispute?

If you would like to dispute a transaction, please contact one of our representatives and provide the information below to help us review your request.

  • Merchant name

  • Transaction amount

  • Transaction date

  • Debit card number

What happens next?

Once your request has been submitted, the Disputes department will contact you within 3–7 working days.
