If you've lost an item during the event, here's what to do:
During the event:
Head to the nearest information desk (located in Hall 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3) or to the Welcome Center in Hall 4.3
You can also ask any volunteer (identifiable by their uniform) to direct you to the right place
In case of theft: Please file a report online at masecurite.interieur.gouv.fr and/or at the 15th arrondissement police station (Paris).
