Booking a meeting table at the Business Plaza is free and easy via the VivaTech app ⤵️:
Open the app and go to the Networking section
Go to your Contacts and select the person you want to meet
Request a meeting and select "Free table at Business Plaza" as the meeting place
Suggest available time slots - your contact will confirm one
Once confirmed, simply show up at the Business Plaza. The team on-site will direct you to the right table.
🕵️ Practical details:
Slots are 30 minutes, renewable once (1 hour maximum)
You can book as many meetings as you want
Bookable in advance via the app, or on the day subject to availability
You can also walk in and register directly at the welcome desk - the on-site team has access to the back-office booking system
You can only book tables of 2. For tables of 4 you just have to show up on the space and we'll transform your booking for a table of 4!
For startups only: Market Place tables are booked via the "JeFile" app.
