Follow the steps below to generate your exhibitor pass:
Step 1 : Sending the Invitation (to be handled by the partner workspace admin)
👨💼 The administrator with access to your company's partner space goes to the "VivaTech Invitations" module, dedicated to sending internal and external invitations with the associated passes.
➡️ They import your contact and send you an invitation for a 4-Day B2B pass with Exhibitor access.
Step 2 : Registration & Pass Download (by the exhibitor)
📩 You will receive an invitation email.
⚠️ This link is single-use only. You must initiate your registration from this email.
Once registration is complete, log in to your personal VivaTech account and go to the "My Pass" section to download your pass. We recommend printing it in advance to reduce waiting time at the entrance.
Step 3 : Access to the VivaTech App (by the exhibitor)
📱 You can log in to the VivaTech app to network, using the same credentials as your personal account.

Ask your partner workspace administrator for your invitation code and register directly at: 👉 https://subscribe.vivatech.com/invitation/
The "Exhibitor" mention is missing from your pass? Contact your partner workspace administrator so they can update your access rights. You will then be able to download the updated version of your pass directly from your personal account > My Pass section.
Received a Festival ticket (Saturday only)? This type of ticket does not grant access to extended exhibitor hours. Please check with your partner workspace administrator so they can send you the appropriate 4-Day Pass.
