You can sync a range of popular health apps and devices to Vively to supercharge your health insights - with some limitations.
Syncing your apps and wearables enables you to automatically generate food logs, exercise, sleep and Heart Rate data to make it easier to get insights.
To connect your apps, simply go to the 'Connected accounts' page in your Account Settings.
With each app integration, you can control which data gets synced and how to prioritise that data (for e.g, you may want to prioritise sleep data from Oura and workout data from Garmin).
Each app integration has its unique requirements and limitations, so it's important to read the integration guides when getting set up.
Unfortunately, some popular apps are not available to be connected, such as Samsung Health or Flo. This is because they do not allow data to be synced out.
Vively is only able to integrate with the following (click to view the integration guide):
If you have connected multiple apps and devices, you can choose how that data is prioritised in the Vively app. For e.g you may want to prioritise Sleep data from Oura, and workouts from Apple Health.
To do this, go to the 'Connected accounts' page in your account settings in the Vively mobile app, and navigate to the section titled 'Assign source priorities'. Choose the data type and then re-arrange the devices by dragging and dropping them in the list.
