If you are experiencing issues logging in to the app or need to update your Sibionics password for use with the Vively app, please follow the steps below.
Steps to Reset Your Password
1. Open the Sibionics app and tap the avatar icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. On the Profile page, tap the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Reset Password.
4. Enter your registered email address to confirm your identity. A one-time verification code will be sent to your email.
Important Note
If you do not see the verification code in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as the email may be filtered there.
