Vively offers hormone testing at three different points in your journey. They are separate products, so this article explains what each one is and when it applies.
1. Your Baseline Health Test
Every Vively membership includes a Baseline Health Test. This is your starting point and covers key markers across metabolism, blood health, heart health, inflammation, liver and kidney function, and vitamins and minerals. It is included in your $99/month membership at no additional cost.
Your Baseline Health Test referral is issued by a doctor following your telehealth consultation.
The Baseline Health Test does not include a hormone panel.
2. The Hormone Panel Upgrade — $199
The Hormone Panel Upgrade is an optional add-on you can choose during onboarding, alongside your Baseline Health Test. It is not compulsory and is not automatically included.
Important: this panel is designed for both men and women. It gives a broad picture of hormonal health rather than focusing on any single life stage.
How your referrals work
If you purchase the Hormone Panel Upgrade, you will receive two separate referrals — one for your Baseline Health Test and one for the Hormone Panel Upgrade.
Your Hormone Panel Upgrade referral is arranged separately at the time of purchase. We send both referrals to you together, once your Baseline Health Test referral has been issued, so you have everything you need in one place.
Please take both referrals with you to your collection centre. If you purchased the upgrade and have only received one referral, please contact our support team and we'll sort it out for you.

A note on your receipt
This purchase may appear on your bank statement or receipt as "Baseline Hormone Panel." This is the same product as the Hormone Panel Upgrade — you have not been charged twice.
3. Specialised hormone tests — available later in the app
Once you're a member, you can purchase more targeted hormone tests directly in the Vively app if they're relevant to you:
Female Hormone Health Test — requires two blood draws, timed at different points in your menstrual cycle
Menopause Hormone Test
Male Hormone Health Test
These are separate purchases and are not the same as the Hormone Panel Upgrade.
If you have already purchased the Hormone Panel Upgrade, you generally do not need one of these tests unless it has been specifically recommended to you, as there is meaningful overlap in the markers covered.
