The Vively Practitioner Platform helps streamline the pathology testing process, making it easier to request testing, monitor progress and review results with your clients.
Rather than coordinating multiple providers, Vively manages the testing pathway while you remain responsible for your client's clinical care, interpretation of results and treatment recommendations.
The platform is designed to fit naturally into your existing workflow, allowing you to spend less time on administration and more time supporting your clients.
How does the process work?
Using the Vively Practitioner Platform is simple.
1. Refer a client
Create a new referral by selecting either:
Baseline Health Check, and/or
A custom pathology panel tailored to your client's needs.
You can also refer eligible clients for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM).
2. Vively coordinates the testing pathway
Once submitted, Vively manages the administrative process, including:
coordinating the pathology request
communicating with your client
arranging pathology collection
laboratory processing
delivering results securely through the platform
3. Your client completes their testing
Your client attends a participating collection centre to complete their blood test.
If you've referred a CGM, Vively also coordinates sensor delivery and onboarding instructions.
4. Results become available
When results are ready, they'll be available within:
your Practitioner Dashboard
your client's Vively app
You'll receive a notification when results are available to review.
5. Review the results with your client
The Practitioner Dashboard brings together your client's pathology results in one place, making it easier to:
review biomarkers
identify trends over time
understand key health insights
support evidence-based clinical discussions
Clinical interpretation and treatment decisions remain with you as the treating practitioner.
What can I do in the Practitioner Platform?
Depending on your account access, you can:
Refer clients for pathology testing
Build custom pathology panels
Refer clients for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
View pathology results
Monitor historical trends
Review Biological Age (PhenoAge), where available
Access downloadable laboratory reports
View client records linked to your practice
Additional features will continue to be introduced over time.
Who communicates with the client?
Vively communicates with clients throughout the testing pathway, including instructions for completing testing and notifications when results become available.
Your role is to interpret the results and provide personalised clinical guidance based on your professional judgement.
Do I need to organise the pathology collection?
No.
Vively coordinates the testing pathway after you've submitted the referral.
Your client will receive instructions on how to complete their blood test.
Is the Practitioner Platform replacing my consultations?
No.
The Practitioner Platform is designed to support your existing workflow—not replace it.
It helps streamline the testing process and presents results in a way that's easier to review with your client, while allowing you to continue delivering personalised care and recommendations.

Can I monitor clients over time?
Yes.
Historical pathology results and other available health data are displayed within the Practitioner Dashboard, allowing you to review changes over time where applicable.
