Pathology results are typically available within 3–5 business days after your client's sample has been collected.
Once results have been received from the laboratory, they are securely delivered to:
your Practitioner Dashboard
your client's Vively app.
This allows both you and your client to access the results as soon as they become available.
Typical timeline
While turnaround times vary depending on the tests requested, a typical pathway looks like this:
Stage | Typical timeframe |
Client attends collection centre | Day 0 |
Laboratory processes sample | 1–5 business days |

Results delivered | Immediately after laboratory release |
Some specialised biomarkers may require additional processing time.
