The Vively Practitioner Platform allows you to download the original laboratory pathology report for your client's completed pathology tests.
This gives you access to the same laboratory report used to generate the results displayed within your Practitioner Dashboard.
How do I download a pathology report?
To download a report:
Log in to the Vively Practitioner Platform.
Open your client's profile.
Select the relevant pathology referral.
Navigate to the Results section.
Select Download Pathology Report.
The report will download as a PDF that you can save or print if required.
Why would I download the report?
Many practitioners download pathology reports to:
save a copy within their own clinical records
review the original laboratory report
share results with another healthcare provider (with the client's consent)
include pathology reports in referral letters or case discussions
retain documentation for their own practice workflows.
Does the downloaded report contain the full laboratory results?
Yes.
The downloaded report contains the original pathology report provided by the laboratory.
It includes all pathology tests performed as part of that referral.
Can my client download their report too?
Yes.
Depending on your selected results release setting:
Immediate Release – your client can access their results as soon as they are released.
Manual Release – your client can access their results once you choose to release them.
Once results have been released to the client, they can also view and access their pathology report within the Vively app.
Will downloading a report affect the results?
No.
Downloading a pathology report does not change, update or remove any information within the Practitioner Dashboard or your client's Vively app.
You can download the report whenever you need it.
