What Makes Up Your Nutrition Score?
The Nutrition category consists of three key components:
Average Meal Score
Fasting Window
Meal Quality

1. Average Meal Score
This score evaluates your body's glucose response to the meals you log. Each meal receives a score out of 10, calculated based on factors such as glucose stability, peak levels, and duration of elevation post-meal coupled with the food quality (eg. wholefood versus processed food). The average of your meal scores contributes to your overall Wellness Score. It's important to note that while this score provides valuable insights, nutrition also encompasses how food makes you feel and its overall nourishment. 2. Fasting Window
How it’s calculated:
Your fasting window is determined based on when you log your meals. It measures the average time between your last meal of the day (dinner) and your first meal the next day (breakfast).

The ideal fasting window is typically between 12-16 hours, allowing your body time to rest, reset, and optimise glucose regulation.
Maintaining a consistent fasting window can support better metabolic health, energy levels, and digestion.
3. Meal Quality
🔹 How it’s calculated:
This measures the proportion of meals that have received high glucose response scores, meaning they have minimal impact on blood sugar fluctuations.
The more meals that score well, the higher your meal quality rating.
🔹 What it means:
Higher meal quality suggests you’re consistently choosing foods that support stable glucose levels.
Lower meal quality might indicate frequent glucose spikes from certain foods or meal combinations.

🔸 CGM Data is Required for Food Insights
You will only receive detailed food insights (Meal Score, Fasting Window, and Meal Quality) if you're wearing your CGM and logging meals consistently.
