1. Workout Time

What it Measures:

  • The total duration of your structured workouts, including activities like strength training, cardio, yoga, and other intentional exercises.

  • Data is gathered from Apple Health, Google Fit, or a connected wearable device.

Impact on Wellness Score:

  • Regular exercise supports glucose regulation and overall metabolic health.

  • A higher workout time contributes positively to your overall Wellness Score.

2. Movement Regularity

What it Measures:

  • How consistently you stay active throughout the day, including steps, light movement, and breaks from prolonged sitting.

  • Tracked through Apple Health, Google Fit, or wearables like Fitbit, Garmin, and Oura.

Impact on Wellness Score:

  • Frequent movement helps prevent glucose spikes and supports better insulin sensitivity.

  • Staying active regularly throughout the day improves your Wellness Score more than isolated workout sessions alone.

3. Strength

What it Measures:

  • The frequency and duration of strength-based exercises, such as weightlifting, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises.

  • Logged manually or tracked through a connected wearable.
