Learn about your Sleep Contributors and how it contributes to your Wellness Score.

Your Sleep Contributors are part of what makes up your Wellness Score, which is an overall picture of your health on the Vively app.

You can find your Sleep Contributors by going to:

Insights tab on the bottom bar > Today's Wellness Score > Sleep Contributors

Your Activity Contributors are made up of 2 components:

Let's go into a little more depth about each.

Sleep Duration

Sleep Duration is calculated using your Apple Health/Google Fit data. This is how many hours sleep you get on average. Ideally, this is between 7-9 hours. Any more or less than this will impact your Sleep Duration Contributor.

Sleep Timing

Sleep Timing is calculated using your CGM and Apple Health/Google Fit data. This is how much time there is between your last meal and sleep, on average. Ideally, this would be between 4-6 hours.

To get an accurate representation of your sleep, ensure your Apple Health/Google Fit data is enabled.

Remember, be kind to yourself. These things take time! Consistency in your habits is what will get you there! You can do it.
