How to Get Sleep Information into the Vively App

There are two main ways to log your sleep information in the Vively app:

1. Automatically Sync Sleep Data from Wearables (e.g., Oura Ring)

If you use a wearable device like the Oura Ring, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, or another sleep-tracking device, you can automatically sync your sleep data with Vively.

To do this, ensure your device is connected to:

  • Apple Health (for iPhone users) or Google Fit (for Android users) – You can connect Vively to Apple Health or Google Fit through the 'Connected Accounts' module in the left navigation bar of the app; or

  • Vively directly, again through the 'Connected Accounts' tab in the left navigation bar of the app.

2. Manually Log Your Sleep in the Vively App

If you don’t use a wearable, you can still log your sleep manually in the Vively app. Watch the video below to learn how to log events, including sleep, in the app.

Which Method is Best?

  • Wearable syncing (e.g., with the Oura Ring) is the easiest and most accurate way to track sleep automatically.

  • Manual logging is a great option if you don’t use a sleep tracker but still want to monitor your sleep patterns.

By tracking your sleep in Vively, you can gain valuable insights into how rest impacts your glucose levels, energy, and overall health. 🚀
