What's included in your membership.

Your Vively membership includes a lot! And we're always adding new features so we can add more value. You can access it all on our mobile app, available on Apple and Android.

The major components it includes are:

x1 CGM sensor

Your membership includes x1 CGM sensor. This will be shipped to you for free!

Once you receive it, you'll be able to get started scanning and using the app to its fullest capacity. The CGM will come with everything you need to get started.

We’ve found that most people want to try the sensor once every few months, instead of all the time. That way you can make small lifestyle changes and then reassess where you're at. But, you can purchase additional sensors for $129 each. One sensor lasts for approximately 14 days.

Your insights

The Insights tab gives you access to all of your data! This includes

  • Your Wellness Score — which gives you a general feel of your overall wellness for the day, this takes into account all of the data you have pulling into the app

  • Your most recent glucose levels in the form of a graph

  • Food Insights — including photos of your most recent meals, the ingredients, your Food Score etc.

  • Exercise Insights — your Activity Score and an overview of your movement

  • Sleep Insights — your Sleep Score and an overview of your sleep

  • and more!

Your insights data is taken from a combination of your CGM, Apple Health/Google Fit and your Vively Habits.

Challenges

The challenges are designed to help you build healthy habits through experimentation. You can choose to do one Challenge at a time or do several! All are based on the science and have been designed by our health experts.

They have been rated based on their difficulty with 5 being exceptionally challenging!

You'll need to start the challenge and tick it off in the app each day. If you miss a day, you'll have to start again.

You can cancel your Challenge at any time.

Articles

Articles is where you can read evidence-based information developed by our health experts, including Dr Michelle Woolhouse and Charlotte Battle.

The articles are grouped in categories such as:

  • Nutrition

  • Movement

  • Sleep

  • Stress

  • Ageing, and more

You can also filter based on the level of complexity, choosing either Basic or Deep-Dive.

Your Vively dietitian (must opt in)

The Chat is where you receive constant support and guidance from an expert dietitian.

You can opt in at anytime in the Chat section of the app ($149 for 3 months).

Our dietitians are accredited practising dietitians, and are very qualified to help you on your journey. Your can message your Vively Dietitian 24/7.

They will only reply within AEST business hours Monday-Friday. But, feel free to message them at anytime, and they'll get back to you during these times. Response time is varied, between immediate and a couple of hours, depending how busy they are.

You can ask them ANYTHING! They are very qualified to give you nutrition-related advice and can also help you with any app queries you might have. They can also answer a wide range of general health questions.

Important: If your question is out of their scope, they will refer you to someone who is qualified to answer your question, like your GP, specialist or another health practitioner you might see. This is important, because Vively is not meant to replace your doctor. We are here as an adjunct to support and empower you with your own personal data.

They are there to help and support you on your journey, so utilise them as best you can!
