How to cancel your Vively subscription

We’re sorry to see you go! If you decide to cancel your Vively subscription, you can do so easily within the app.


Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

  • Open the Vively app

  • Go to the Membership tab (found in the left navigation bar)

  • Click the ‘Unsubscribe’ button

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed


Important Information About Cancellation

  • You will continue to have access to the Vively app until the end of your current billing period.

  • Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

  • You can resubscribe at anytime
