Your Vively subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted access to the app and any additional services where relevant (e.g., dietitian support). Your registered payment method will be charged for the relevant amount at renewal.
How to Manage Your Subscription
🔍 View Your Subscription:
You can check your subscription details by going to the ‘Membership’ page in the left navigation bar of the Vively app.
🚫 Unsubscribing from Vively:
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Membership page.
If you choose to unsubscribe, you will still have access to the Vively app until the end of your current subscription period.
