You can track your Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in the Vively app by syncing data from your wearable device. Here’s how:

1. Automatically Sync RHR & HRV Data from Wearables

If you use a wearable device such as:

  • Oura Ring

  • Apple Watch

  • Fitbit

  • Garmin

  • Whoop

  • Other HRV-supported wearables

You can sync your data with Vively through either:

  • Apple Health (for iPhone users) or Google Fit (for Android users)

    • Ensure your wearable is connected to Apple Health or Google Fit.

    • Go to the 'Connected Accounts' section in the Vively app (left navigation bar) and enable syncing.

  • Direct Connection with Vively

    • Some wearables can be directly linked to Vively through the 'Connected Accounts' tab in the app.

    • This ensures seamless data transfer for accurate HRV and RHR tracking.

2. Viewing Your RHR & HRV Data in Vively

Once synced, your Resting Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability will appear in the Insights section of the Vively app, helping you analyse trends and understand how stress, recovery, and overall health impact your glucose levels.

Why Track RHR & HRV in Vively?

  • Resting Heart Rate (RHR) reflects overall cardiovascular fitness and recovery.

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a key indicator of stress, resilience, and autonomic nervous system balance.

Tracking these metrics alongside glucose levels helps you optimise lifestyle choices for better metabolic health.

By integrating your wearable with Vively, you’ll gain a more complete picture of your health, making it easier to adjust habits and improve well-being. 🚀
