Enabling Apple Health in the Vively app allows you to seamlessly sync data such as steps, workouts, sleep, heart rate, and more, helping you get the most accurate insights into your metabolic health. Follow these steps to connect Apple Health with Vively:


1. Enable Apple Health Permissions in Vively

  1. Open the Vively app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap on the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Connected Accounts from the menu.

  4. Tap Apple Health and select Enable Syncing.

  5. A prompt will appear asking you to allow Vively to access your Apple Health data—tap Turn On All or select specific health metrics to share.

  6. Tap Allow to confirm.


2. Verify Your Apple Health Connection

To ensure Apple Health is properly connected:

  1. Open the Apple Health app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Apps > Vively.

  4. Check that the required health categories (e.g., Steps, Workouts, Sleep, Heart Rate, HRV) are enabled.


3. Troubleshooting Apple Health Sync Issues

If data isn’t syncing correctly:
1. Restart your iPhone and open both Vively & Apple Health to refresh the connection.
2.Check Permissions – Go to Settings > Privacy > Health > Vively and make sure all categories are enabled.
3. Ensure Internet Connectivity – A stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is required for syncing.
