Although the Libre Freestyle app has to be downloaded for the sensor to work, you actually do not need to use this app at all once you have linked it with the Vively app.

The Vively app automatically receives all data from your sensor. Additionally, you can integrate other health tracking apps with Vively to consolidate all your data in one place (i.e Apple Health, MyFitnessPal etc) .

Otherwise, you'll need to manually input exercise, sleep, or meal logs into the Vively app to analyse your body's response and receive a score from us.
