I have inputted my weight wrong. How do I change it?

If you accidentally entered the wrong weight during your Vively sign-up process, don’t worry—we’re here to help!

To update your weight or any other personal information, please contact our support team (contact@vively.com.au), and we’ll assist you with making the necessary adjustments.

You can also add your weight data in the Vively app:

  • Open the Vively app

  • Tap the “+” button on the home screen

  • Select “Weight” from the list

  • Enter your current weight

  • Tap "Log New Weight" to save

  • Head to the Track page to view your progress and trends over time

Note: Any inaccuracies in personal information, such as weight, will not affect your experience within the app or impact the insights you receive.
