  1. The Invest Pocket can only be opened after having provided us with a valid tax ID. If you aren’t a citizen of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Czech Republic we can’t offer you the Invest pocket services as per regulatory requirements for MiFIR reporting.

  2. The Crypto Pocket can be rejected if you don't have a tax ID and you are a resident of a country where we don't offer our fractional crypto pocket. Our fractional cryptocurrency services are offered for now only to taxpayers in the residence country where we offer our services, and we aim to have this service available to some more countries in the future.

  3. The Precious Metals Pocket can only be opened after having provided us with a valid tax ID. If you aren’t a citizen of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Czech Republic, we can’t offer you our precious metal product.

Other reasons why these pockets can be rejected include:

  • Failing the in-app knowledge questionnaire prior to the pocket opening.

  • Instances where additional information is required

  • Law abiding circumstances
